With a wealth of 15 years of experience, my expertise lies in building strength, promoting weight loss, preventing injuries, and aiding injury recovery. Regardless of whether you’re a beginner or an advanced practitioner, I’m here to help you achieve your goals.

How it works 

14 weeks of 1:1 Programing & Coaching

  •   We start by learning your movement and what is holding you back 

    • Everyone has a movement history, understanding this will be key in your programming and goals​

  • We will refine training weekly ​

    • With adjustments, fitness programs will be adjusted according to one's schedule and life circumstances 

  • Weekly Video Calls â€‹

    • Minimum one call per week to review the previous week's training and discuss what will be coming up in the upcoming training. Other topics can be and will be discussed throughout the call â€‹
